Red Light Anticipation

I’m sitting at a light today on my way to Stardust (where I am now)…and every light is red. Except maybe the one above me, which I cannot see, but no one is coming that way…so why would it be on? I swear I sat there, along with everyone else, just watching all of the red lights waiting for one to change and hoping that one would be mine. Meanwhile the bastards in the right hand turn lane are having a field day because they don’t even need to yield. How does that work? How do the lights even work? It’s a big mystery to me. I’ve heard rumors of sensors or the weight factor, yet it is still all very mysterious to me.

If I had a handy dandy iphone, I would have taken a picture for you so you to could feel the anticipation of wanting to be somewhere and just staring into red lights in every direction. However, I’m not that tech savy yet, no iphone for me. Just two broken phones and one that feels like a brick in my pocket that barely holds a charge. Maybe apple wants to trade me an iphone for my three pieces of trash. Doubt it.

Regardless, I made it. Stardust was calling my name and the bird has landed. Although the movie that has been screaming at me for the last month is still not available. NOTICE: whoever rented “La Jette / Sans Soleil” please bring it back. I’m about to take the box home and just hope it satisfies this calling.
