Yesterday marks and exciting, yet sad day. The gnar board has finally called it a day and cashed in its chips. C’est la vie. This board taught me how to wakeskate. It taught me everything from toe back 180s to wake to wake shuvs. It was glorious while it lasted, and I am shocked it lasted so long! The green machine snapped seconds away from landing its first kickflip. I guess it could only take so much. What do I ride now? How do I ride now? Your answer is as good as mine. You can see the full obituary at Alliance Wakeskate. I’m still deciding on how to put it to rest…somewhere it will hang in glory, maybe even as a piece of art.
